Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (5-7 yrs)

- Take charge of existing relationships with our hiring partners.
- Ideate & execute strategies to grow the hiring partner network.
- Spin a network and grapevine for references from existing partners.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with partners.
- Work in close collaboration with the placement team to maximize student success.
- Enhance, optimize, and leverage the CRM system.
- 5-7 years of work experience in BD/consultative sales.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities with a drive to convert them.
- Track record in establishing & maintaining relationships with large organisations.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and Digital Marketing.
- Strong technical orientation, keeping abreast with latest technologies.
- Passion to work with people, help them along their careers.
- High standards of excellence and attention to detail.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about making a difference with their work.
- Self-starter with the ability to effectively work autonomously with little oversight.
- Excited to work in the trenches and get their hands dirty.
- Equipped with strong fundamentals but flexible & willing to experiment.
- Comfortable with remote working tools.
- Prior experience with executive search firm or recruiting agency or professional services firm
- Experience collaborating across teams
