Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (5-6 yrs)
- As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive business-to-business sales growth, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets. You will be a key player in identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales team, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.
Responsibilities :
- Run and manage the full sales cycle, from placing outbound phone calls(cold calling) customers to negotiating and closing out the sales process.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
- Analyze sales data and trends to create accurate sales forecasts, helping to optimize inventory and resource allocation.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating partnerships and expanding the customer base.
- Possess a deep understanding of the company's products or services, providing expertise during client interactions and addressing customer inquiries.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, presenting findings to the leadership team, and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Work within allocated budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize CRM database to track activities, update data and competitive information.
Key Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years experience in HR Recruiting sector.
- Familiarity with Hiring platform and a keen understanding of B2B sales dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales tools.
- Passion for your work, a true team player and a sense of humor.
