Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Use various social media channels, networking events, email marketing campaigns, and digital tools to generate high-quality leads.
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Proactively reach out to CHROs, TA Heads, HRBPs, CEOs, and Co-founders via cold calling, email marketing, and other channels.
- Client Solutions & Consultative Selling: Present Asatkalpa's recruitment services with a focus on providing customized solutions that address clients' unique needs.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Engage in discussions with clients, negotiate pricing and terms, and finalize agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to foster new relationships and strengthen existing ones.
- Client Engagement & Follow-up: Ensure consistent and timely follow-up with clients, managing the entire engagement process to ensure client satisfaction.
- Travel & Client Meetings: Be prepared to meet with clients in person, as travel will be required to strengthen relationships and close deals.
