Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (5-10 yrs)
Position : "Business Development Manager"

Job Description :
- Develop strategy to penetrate to current and new clients at various locations throughout all the Middle East countries and European Region.
- Develop new man power/project proposals/ RFPs to clients mainly in Services - Staffing sector.
- Generating leads based on business exigencies for increasing business and building a clientele database. Utilizing client feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
- Identify, negotiate & manage strategic relationships with potential and prospective clients.
- Coordinating with top level people among client, develop and promote brand name. Be a point of contact between the client and the team.
- Bring new Business deals by coordinating requirements, developing & negotiating contracts, integrating requirements with business operations. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Analyze the client's requirements, discuss, and guide the respective recruitment team in terms of profile explanation, sourcing techniques, poaching techniques, Mapping techniques, head hunting strategies, etc. Hands on and be responsible for the delivery of the talent needed along with the recruitment team by taking onus of closing the positions, meeting delivery and revenue targets.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment by developing, engaging, and maintaining a short and long-term forecast and an action plan to achieve them.
Qualification & Skills :
- Minimum 5-10 years of work experience in Business Development for Permanent Hiring, Contract Staffing & Leadership Hiring in Non-IT.
- Must be dynamic & passionate to bag new clients/projects.
- 5 - 8 years of experience In acquiring clients from the GCC (senior, mid-level & blue collar)
- Should have good English - interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate / negotiate case for service delivery for client's value for money.
- Preferably who has worked as a Business Development Executive with overseas manpower recruitment Agencies in the past.
- Should have leadership quality and be able to drive and lead other team members.
- Excellent business presentations skills, proposal writing skill and showcase the company's capabilities, benefits and value proposition in all interactions and work effectively to deliver these key messages to the market place.
- Should have excellent contacts with top companies, direct clients and should be able to get immediate business. Should have ability to quote and decide commercials.
- High degree of drive, self-motivated with excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills etc.
- Any graduates, preferably MBA / technical degree with hands on experience in technology would be useful.
