Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (4-8 yrs)
As a Business Development Manager , you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client portfolio. Your primary focus will be on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition :
- Identify and target potential clients in the market.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new business.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and client needs.
Sales and Revenue Generation :
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development efforts.
- Present and promote recruitment services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients.
Relationship Building :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction.
Networking :
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional networks.
- Identify partnership opportunities and collaborations to enhance business prospects.
Market Analysis :
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and challenges.
Team Collaboration :
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to align business development strategies with recruitment goals.
- Provide guidance and support to recruiters in understanding client needs.
Proposal and Presentation:
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Customize offerings to address client-specific needs and challenges.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a detailed and organized sales pipeline.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
