Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (3-6 yrs)
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing new clients, with a focus on delivering customized staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the staffing industry, exceptional client acquisition skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand the company's footprint in the staffing industry.
- Identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and HR leaders across various industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging business opportunities.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals that align with company goals and client expectations.
- Maintain and update a pipeline of prospects through effective use of CRM and sales tools.
- Ensure a seamless transition from business development to service delivery by working closely with recruitment and account management teams.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish new client relationships.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the staffing/recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing key client accounts in the staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment market, including client pain points, industry dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
