Day Shift/ Full Time Role

Vinva Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to generate and engage with business partners. This individual will be responsible for building new key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and driving the company's revenue and financial growth.

Responsibilities :

- Develop a comprehensive database of companies requiring Managed IT, Non-IT, and Staffing Services.

- Generate leads through prospecting on Google, LinkedIn, and other B2B platforms.

- Craft personalized emails to introduce Vinva Technologies and its services to potential clients.

- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and create detailed

- Understanding Documents with input from the Technical Department.

- Prepare monthly meeting presentations and collaborate with Management on decision-making and developing action plans for future sales efforts.

- Conduct market research to segment your allocated region and understand industry trends related to IT services.

- Utilize email marketing strategies to send targeted campaigns to qualified leads.

- Employee cold calling techniques to engage potential clients and generate interest in Vinva's services.

- Conduct market research in your assigned region to gain insights into industry needs relevant to Vinva offerings.

- Showcase Vinva capabilities through Webex meetings and conference calls.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to purchase order (PO) issuance and project handover, ensuring client satisfaction and billing.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development

- Proven success in lead generation, conversion, and closing deals.

- Hands-on experience with Managed IT, Non-IT, and Staffing Services.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on achieving deadlines.

- Discretion in handling confidential client information.
