Role and Responsibilities :
- Leadership : Provide leadership and direction to the business development team, setting clear objectives and targets.
- Strategy Development : Collaborate with senior management to formulate and implement business development strategies and plans.
- Team Building : Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a cohesive and high-performing business development team.
- Client Relations : Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Sales and Revenue Generation : Lead the team in acquiring new clients, securing contracts, and achieving revenue targets.
- Business Expansion : Identify and explore new markets, regions, and business opportunities for growth.
- Proposal Development : Oversee the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
- Team Performance : Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing coaching and feedback for improvement.
- Budget Management : Manage and allocate resources effectively, including budgets for marketing and sales efforts.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through various stages.
- Reporting : Prepare regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
