Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (2-8 yrs)
1. Graduate or Post-graduate with experience in sales and business development
2. Specific experience NON IT Staffing industry business development role involving either hunting or farming of clients
3. Should be able to identify/ target potential NON IT companies / End Clients and get NON IT Contract Staffing requirements and close the positions
4. Responsible for Client Acquisitions and be able to achieve the target independently
5. Responsible for generating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with the client and fulfilling client NON IT staffing needs within minimal time
6. Should be well versed with complete life cycle of Recruitment
7. Excellent English Communication skills written and oral
8. Knowledge about the current market trends especially NON IT industry related to NON IT staffing services
9. Direct sales/business development background ( not inside sales)
10. Direct Account management skills and client relationship management skills
11. Proven ability to handle revenue targets is a must
12. NAPS/NATS would be added advantage
