Manager - Business Development - Recruitment Firm (2-7 yrs)

- We are looking for an IT Consulting Business Development Manager who is responsible for finding new clients and customer acquisition in the US market.

- The ideal candidate should have an established relationship with clients and IT recruiters in the US market.

- Should have experience in making Skype business calls to US clients or IT recruiters in the US. Minimum of 1-2 years of business development through Linkedin or Email communication or Cold sales calls.

- An ideal candidate is responsible for collecting the IT job requirements from US clients or IT recruiters and find suitable IT candidates ( US Citizen, GC, EAD, H1B, OPT / CPT ) through our offshore requirement team in Coimbatore.

- Work as a Liaison manager between clients and our offshore recruitment team to fulfill the client's IT human resource requirements and improve the client's IT resource hiring process.

- Experienced working at night shifts from 6 PM to 1 AM IST. Connect with clients / IT recruiters via LinkedIn, Skype business calls, Whatsapp, and focus on business development, customer acquisition, and working effectively with the recruitment team in Coimbatore.

Responsibilities:

- Identify partnership opportunities

- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand

- Maintain existing business

- Think critically when planning to assure project success

Work Experience Background:-

- Candidate Worked for a US IT Recruitment company as a Business Development manager (BDM).

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of business development experience in the US IT Recruitment industry required with a strong client base and ready to get placements to candidates from day one is required.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree from University/College preferred.

- Excellent networking and relationship building skills in a B2B environment.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including effective presentation skills.

- Must be comfortable with cold-calling and engaging people face to face.

- Experience dealing directly with decision-makers and comfortable with negotiation

- Must be comfortable working in night shifts (US Timings)
