Job Description :

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the staffing domain, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Mumbai/Delhi region.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and deliver tailored staffing solutions.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

- Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to the leadership team.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree/PGDM/ MBA.

- Proven experience (2+ years) in business development within the staffing domain.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets.

- Knowledge of the Mumbai/Delhi job market and staffing industry trends.
