Experience :
- 2- 5 Years in the recruiting space.
- Worked with product and start up firms shall be an added advantage.
- Understandings the know how's of tech hiring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- A great track record of identifying new prospects and converting them as leads.
- Inclined to perform immense research over the internet.
Roles and Responsibility :
- Initiate new business development opportunities with corporate clients from IT industries.
- Strong network in the industry.
- Acquire new clients / Ability to manage and nurture client relationships.
- Conduct business presentations to client.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s growth.
- Build up and maintain rapport with corporate clients.
- Maintain the Business Development databases.
- Flexible to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision with an ability to excel in a cross-functional environment.
- Ability to independently close sales.
