Job Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and oversee the business development strategy.
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
-Focus on selling IT Staffing,RPO & Permanent services .
- Responsible for on boarding & managing new clients PAN India with focus on South
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing & negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Should be able to achieve revenue targets independently.
- Should be able to work closely with other team members.
- Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
- Provide continuous, constructive feedback to sales team.
