Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager will lead efforts to drive the growth of the recruitment business by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and managing a team to achieve business and revenue targets. This role involves developing business strategies, expanding the client base, and enhancing service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development : Create and implement business development strategies to expand the client base and grow revenue.
- Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor the business development team, setting goals and driving performance.

Qualifications & Skills :
- Experience: 10+ years in business development, with 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in recruitment or HR services.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities; proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and market expansion.
