Our client is a Business Consulting Company and has a presence in 8 countries (India, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada, USA, Netherland, Germany and Australia) and 13 states across India. We also have associate tie-ups in the rest of the states.
The Job
Responsibilities:
- Generate inquiries and close transactions for recruitment and finance business consulting.
- Handle presales activities, including lead generation through market research, cold calling, LinkedIn, and online data.
- Maintain regular communication with potential clients to develop synergy and foster relationships.
- Prepare and share presentations/proposals with potential clients according to their requirements.
- Elaborate on the terms of hiring and ensure clarity throughout the process.
- Guide the activities and operations of the sourcing team to ensure revenue goals are achieved.
- Maintain a database of potential clients for future engagement.
Ideal Candidate
Desired Candidate:
MBA qualification.
- Interest in B2B/corporate sales.
- Candidates from the consulting or recruitment industry will be preferable.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Proactive and street-smart individual.
- Ideally based in Gurgaon.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive business development professional.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of using LinkedIn and related tools.
