Location : Gurugram

- We are seeking an experienced B2B Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, pitching our product, and maintaining relationships with clients. Additionally, this person will be responsible for resolving client escalations and helping the finance team in case of financial disputes. This is a challenging and rewarding position for a motivated individual who has experience in B2B sales.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a strategic plan to generate new business opportunities

- Pitch our product to potential clients, including conducting presentations and product demos

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

- Resolve client escalations and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with the finance team to help resolve any financial disputes with clients

- Develop a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth

- Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management on sales performance and business growth

Requirements :

- Experience in B2B sales is good to have, with a proven track record of generating new business opportunities and closing deals

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Experience with contract negotiations and agreements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
