Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify, evaluate and deliver new business growth opportunities that advance our core vision and mission. Our ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a self-starter mindset someone who thrives on seeking ways to expand existing revenue streams, diversify business opportunities, and forge new models to drive market expansion.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Taking care of the corporate sales & business development operations with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth.
- Ideally, he/she define the entire sales strategy/plan including innovative ways to approach the potential clients, generates leads, the Brand building of the company in Domestic Markets, by way of effective advertisement & promotional activities.
- To develop a deep understanding of the Staffing / Recruitment Industry processes and the Client Profile.
- Will be responsible for New Client Acquisition for the company.
- Tracking new companies in various industry verticals, placing proposals & getting the MOUs signed.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise, and existing contacts.
- Be responsible for maintaining client relationships and meeting client expectations.
- Process all correspondence & paperwork concerning all of the clients.
- Arrange / Prepare proposals & contracts for clients
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate must be from Recruitment Agency/Firm.
- Must have 1-5 years of experience in Business Development for Permanent & Executive Search Positions.
- A self-starter with a desire for success who can spot new opportunities.
- Proven record in business development.
- Should be good in all Lead Generation activities like Cold Calling, E-Mail Marketing, LinkedIn Search and Client References.
- Driven individual motivated by sales results.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
- Well organized, Presentable, and confident.

- Good negotiator and quick decision maker
- Go getter with ability to work under pressure.
