Position Overview :

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our recruitment firm by identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with new clients. You will be responsible for generating revenue by securing new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Client Acquisition : Prospect for and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outbound sales techniques.

- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Sales Pipeline Management : Effectively manage sales pipelines, track progress, and forecast revenue.

- Business Development Strategy : Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.

- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.

- Proposal Development : Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.

- Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients.

- Team Collaboration : Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience. Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record in business development or sales within the recruitment industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
