About the role
As a Business Development Manager at PyjamaHR, you'll be the architect of growth-hunting down opportunities, forging powerhouse partnerships, and showing the world how AI-driven tools like our auto-graded assessments, smart screening, and 1-click job publishing. We're looking for someone who is a strong communicator, quick-thinking, and ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment. As PyjamaHR grows, you'll have the space to grow, too, with the support and freedom to make your mark.
What You'll Do
- Mastermind business development plans that align with our vision, targeting high-potential markets and clients.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through razor-sharp market analysis and competitor insights.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders-turning prospects into long-term advocates.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to craft compelling proposals and align cross-functional efforts.
- Deliver dynamic product training sessions for new clients and ensure seamless onboarding experiences that set them up for long-term success.
- Negotiate contracts, upsell premium solutions, and smash sales targets while maintaining a laser focus on client success.
- Identify and pitch premium, customized plans to existing clients, elevating their hiring strategies with tailored AI solutions.
- Follow up with clients, gather actionable feedback, and launch initiatives to boost satisfaction and retention.
