Profitability : Maintaining profit by managing cost and optimizing resources
Candidates resume quality check, has to be done on daily basis before processing it to client
- Negotiating with candidates in final stage/if required
- Handling- contract , payment against invoice etc
- Resumes quality check over con call, for few CVs in a week.
