Manager - Business Development - Recruitment (8-15 yrs)
IT Recruitment Management:
Oversee entire recruitment lifecycle for IT positions including sourcing and screening to onboarding.
Client relationship and Stakeholders interaction:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, client stakeholders, internal team, and IT professionals.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and sales steam to understand staffing needs and ensuring delivery of quality resources and HR services.
HR Sales and Business Development:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their HR needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- Participate in client meetings to assess satisfaction level and identify areas for improvement.
- Address clients concerns promptly and effectively, fostering trust and building long-term partnerships.
Compliance and policy adherence:
Stay informed about relevant labor laws, industry standards, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes, both internally and for clients to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor degree preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
Experience:
- Minimum 5 to 10 years in IT staff outsourcing business, HR sales and business development.
- Team management experience.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English and strong negotiation skills
