Manager - Business Development - Recruitment (7-12 yrs)
Position Summary:
VIVA IT India Technology Solutins is seeking a versatile Business Development Manager to support and grow our revenue in both the US Staffing & Recruitment Services Markets as well as the Software as a Service (SaaS) Markets. The main responsibilities will include pre-sales/lead generation, marketing strategy planning & content creation, sales effort tracking and bid/RFP related tasks. The incumbent will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible balancing organization objectives and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:
- Analyze the US Staffing & Recruitment and SaaS market for potential customers
- Conduct feasibility study, formulate methods and procedures for creating target groups and generating leads
- Facilitate in creating and planning marketing strategies for BD team
- Create marketing content and work closely with design team till completion
- Track sales effort and compliance with strategizes of BD team
- Prepare, write and track proposals to RFP, RFI and proactive bids from State, Federal and Private Clients
- Work closely with all teams to develop differentiated value propositions and articulate responses to RFI & capability questionnaires to showcase capabilities and strengths
- Bid Management - Create and execute bid plan by co-ordinating with Finance, Legal, Service Delivery, and Technology teams for developing content on pricing, transition plan, tools and technology proposals and effort estimates
- Coordinate with Account Managers & Recruiting Team in developing estimates and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and agreements for Staffing & Recruitment Services
- Forecast sales, and the developments and trends in the industry
- Maintain and build professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain relationship with recruiters, technologists, & Clients to advance knowledge and modify marketing actions
Requirements:
- University/college degree, with 7 - 12 years of industry relevant experience
- Experience in Business Development/Sales function in a US Staffing
- Experience in identifying, qualifying, evaluating and negotiating with clients for business generation
- Successful track record of client management, and operations
- Should have extensively worked in US Staffing & Recruitment Services or SaaS sales - RFI/RFP & Bid Management
- Demonstrated planning and facilitation skills to manage the Clientele
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing for presentation and negotiations
