We are looking for Manager - Business Development with 6-9 years from similar staffing industry and below skills.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will be required to sell Recruitment and Staffing Services in India Market.
- Target Driven: Sales team management and ensure their and self-targets.
- The person should have strong Staffing Services Sales experience.
- Making Cold Calls for business Development; presentations etc.
- Lead Generation from various sources. Making effective use of social and professional networking sites to generate leads.
- Tracking leads till closure.
- Responsible for presentations, product Demo and assisting the sales processes.
- Involved in end to end business development activities.
- Can generate good pipe line for business development.
- Be in charge of assigned marketing activities across globe.
- Build brand visibility of all products and associated services.
- Act as the key touch point for potential clients.

- Strong commitment to the aims and objectives, be a major architect for vision and strategy cascade into range of new sales and marketing programs & activities.
