Manager - Business Development - Recruitment (5-10 yrs)
Key Job responsibilities:
- The candidate should be well versed in Business acquisition, Sales, Marketing
- Should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales function
- Should possess good network of clients
- Prefered from the Recruitment industry
- Should be willing to travel as this is a PAN India responsiblity
- Needs to have excellent articulation skill on creating sales collaterals, Addressing RFI /RFP etc.
- Work Location Bangalore
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE
- Excellent communication skill - verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)..
- Experience in understanding, designing and implementing analytical solutions.
- Understanding of Business Reports/Dashboards
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations in terms of scope, speed & quality. Experience of stakeholder management
