Manager - Business Development - Recruitment (5-10 yrs)
Role Description-
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager - Staffing to be responsible for identifying, creating, and empanelment with new clients in order to maximize business opportunities. The Business Development Manager will lead the client acquisition strategy and execution for Talent Destination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with good academic background.
- Sound experience in business development or sales, with a background in staffing or human resources preferred
- Proven track record of generating leads and onboarding new clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Strong networking abilities and the ability to build lasting professional relationships
- Solid understanding of staffing industry trends and practices
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
