Role Overview :
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and acquiring new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. You will work closely with the recruitment team to deliver customized staffing solutions and meet organizational revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development :
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the recruitment and staffing domain.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to expand client portfolios and meet revenue targets
Client Acquisition and Management :
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Understand client recruitment needs and provide customized staffing solutions.
Sales and Negotiation :
- Lead the sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients.
Collaboration with Recruitment Teams :
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and candidate placements.
- Communicate client feedback to recruitment teams to refine service offerings and delivery.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis :
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, recruitment demands, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in business, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 4-8 years of proven business development experience in recruitment or staffing.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and industry trends.
Preferred Skills :
- Existing network of clients within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Experience in handling large-scale recruitment projects or volume hiring.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
