Manager - Business Development - Recruitment (3-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Account Management :
- Establish new contacts in existing accounts.
- Generate leads by cold-calling and attending networking events from existing or new clients.
- Track business activity by entering client information and daily activities into the database.
- Provide presentations to hiring managers with regards to the services for fulfilling their permanent staffing needs.
- Understand the job requirements shared by clients.
- Maintain fair permanent staffing processes by establishing and implementing routines to manage performance, strategic goals and company policy.
- Work closely with Recruiters and clients on candidate skill sets, recruiting process and placements.
- Work on generating leads and convert leads into real business opportunities.
- Generate report on the monthly expense and revenue sheet.
- Should have in hand experience in catering to any of the below industries Banking, Non-Banking Financial services (NBFC), Health Care & Retail.
- Should have achieved Targets in the past and desire to work in a challenging envoirment.
Delivery Management:-
- Coordinating with the Recruitment Manager for ensuring prompt deliveries on the requirements flashed by clients.
- Responsible for generating the lead and getting the clients on board.
- Responsible for all the account activity as SPOC (Single Point of Contact).
- Anchor recruitment drive initiatives for various clients for permanent positions.
- Create MIS reports like Daily activity report, Interview status, Offered & Joined candidates status reports to the top management.
