Manager - Business Development - Recruitment (3-8 yrs)
As a part of the Full Desk Business Development Manager, you would be required to interact with the client on prospects over the phone as well as through written correspondence.
- You would be required to prospect, propose, negotiate, close deals and manage client accounts end-to-end.
- Responsible for maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
- Manage the team targets and can generate good revenue.
- Understand the requirement and client's need and shortlist the suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of resources.
- Looking for the Aspirants who do have strong hands-on exposure in US Recruitments with Client Handling too.
