Manager - Business Development - Recruitment (2-4 yrs)
BD Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other BD techniques
- To bring in new clients from India and Global Market whom we can help with their hiring needs.
- To Ensure we do proper due diligence and screen the clients well and ensure that they are really keen to hire
- To ensure hand hold the Delivery Team to close Initial 2 positions with a new client, before handing over to them
- Build the Brand Kaam.com in increasing visibility in social media about to pull right clients.
Required Candidate profile
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve sales targets
- BD Experience is mandatory
- Graduate in any stream
