Job Description -

Position Purpose:

The position (B2B Client Acquisition) is responsible for driving business development activities, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding the company's presence in the recruitment and staffing industry. This role combines strategic execution with team management, ensuring the delivery aligns with business goals. The position will oversee client acquisition, client management, and ensure the team meets revenue targets through a data-driven approach.

This role will work closely with relevant stakeholders whilst contributing to long-term goals ofDomnic Lewis.

Supervisory and Guidance responsibilities - This positionmay guide and supervise from 01 to a maximumof 5 sales team members.

This position will report to the Head of Operations - Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition (B2B Sales):

- Identify and target potential clients, focusing on large-scale organizations to build long-term business partnerships.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to present and position the firm's recruitment services effectively, showcasing its value proposition.

- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring successful client onboarding.

Revenue Growth & Accountability:

- Drive revenue generation by exceeding sales targets through effective client acquisition and account management.

- Monitor and take accountability for the performance and revenue portfolio of both yourself and the team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

- Leverage data from the CRM system to track and analyze sales performance, making necessary adjustments to achieve business objectives.

Team Management & Mentorship:

- Manage and mentor a team, guiding them on effective sales methods, client acquisition and management strategies.

- Set clear performance expectations for team members, conducting regular reviews, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.

- Ensure the team effectively executes the sales process, from market mapping, lead generation to client onboarding, aligned with the Organization's requirements.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

- Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reviews based on key metrics, including lead generations, Client meetings, Client acquisition, and revenue generation.

- Use insights from the CRM system to drive team performance and make informed decisions on sales strategies.

- Provide detailed reports to senior management on sales performance, client acquisition progress, and team productivity.

Data Management:

- Maintain accurate sales data on CRM on a real time basis and take actions to improve sales performance basis the data recorded on CRM.

Client Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any escalations, resolving issues.

- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and identifying opportunities for growth.

Innovation & Process Improvement:

- Implement new and innovative methods to enhance the Client Acquisition process and improve the quality of the clients.

- Continuously review and improve the team's approach to client engagement and delivery, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.

Employee Development:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, setting clear expectations and providing guidance from day one.

- Create a growth-oriented environment where team members can develop both professionally and personally, contributing to the long-term success of the organization.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in client acquisition within the recruitment or staffing industry.

- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage the end-to-end sales process.

- Leadership experience with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse performance metrics and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
