Manager - Business Development - Recruitment (2-10 yrs)
Skills Required :
- Should have an experience of B2B Sales / Institutional Sales
- Should have understanding of Hr industry and products
- Should be able to work independently and must be target oriented
- Should have good interpersonal skills
- Should have excellent English communication skill
- Should be open to travel nationally and internationally, if required.
- Should have understanding of currency conversion ratios.
Job Description:
- Lead Generation through the personal contacts and database.
- Plan and generate strategies for new business opportunity in hr industry (both nationally and internationally)
- Will be responsible for business expansion
- Creating relationship with the existing clients for more business. Should retain and understand scope for additional business from existing accounts
- Creating and presenting company and it's product presentations to clients.
- Should be able to work with management to develop and implement strategic sales plan
- Creation of proposals for clients along with the management and take the deal towards closure.
