Job Description :

- Cold-calling, pitching and setting up meetings for potential prospects.

- Generating Enquiries, understanding the customer requirements on staffing solutions.

- Following-up the customer regularly till the conversion of lead.

- Team Handling, getting the work done in stipulated time

- Training new joiners for the Recruitment team

- Generating Leads, negotiating rates and handling the client till the agreement is signed up.

- Keeping track on the business flow from the client.

- Source/Hunt requirements from Job portals & LinkedIn.

- Tracking new clients in various industries, approaching them, giving proposals & getting contract done with them.

- Strong negotiation, problem solving & conflict management skills.

- Acquisition of new accounts & client management.

- Building the clients network to gain more business.

- Generate new leads and co-ordinate with head of the department and recruiters.

- New clients development and ensuring recurring business by constant customer contact.

- Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers for business development.

- Identifying prospective clients from various sectors thereby achieving business targets.

- Technically sound and meaningfully discuss and offer solution to prospective customers.

- Prepare and deliver technical presentation.

- Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts & to further penetrate existing accounts.

- Maintaining Good relationships with customers for continuous business generation.

- To make sure payment collection on time and no payment dues.

- Developing and implementing long-term relationships with clients.

- Develop prospect lists to generate new business including cold calls.
