a) Should have excellent communication skills
b) Should have pleasing personality
c) Manage clients for Residential Projects ( Specially Launch Projects ranging from 50 Lacs to 5 cr)
d) Facilitate sales team meetings, sales analysis, generate sales report & prepare MIS
e) Good selling and negotiation skills
f) Plan and implement the things to enhance the sales.
g) Interact with the clients and accompany them on site visits
h) Participate in negotiations
