Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for researching and pursuing new business
leads for the growth of the business. The role involves active coordination across teams and demands exceptional inter-personal skills. You would be entitled to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the management updated about marketplace and competitor activity. The person should possess excellent technical understanding of Interior Fit Out works.

2. Manage the sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver profitable growth
3. Define optimal sales force structure, sales forecasting and trend analysis
4. Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives
5. Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
6. Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
7. Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
8. Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
9. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
10. Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
11. Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
12. Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc.
Job Skills:
- Socially adept
- Strong communication and understanding of Interior, Architecture and Real estate Industry
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills
- Strong sales and negotiation techniques
Pre - requisites :
- Yearly sales handled or target achieved above 20 CR
- Single transaction handled 3 CR
- Only interior turnkey field.
