Job brief :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Vice President or Vice President of Business Development specializing in Commercial Projects. The ideal candidate will lead our business development efforts, driving growth, and fostering strategic partnerships to expand our presence in the commercial sector.

Responsibilities :

1. Implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives in the commercial projects sector.

2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities. Use insights to formulate effective strategies.

3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering customized solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Lead the development of compelling proposals, bids, and presentations for commercial projects, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client requirements.

5. Identify and establish strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and collaborations with key stakeholders, including contractors, developers, investors, and government entities.

6. Collaborate with finance and executive teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models for commercial projects, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

7. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth

Requirements and skills :

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

- Strong understanding of commercial real estate, construction, infrastructure, or related industries, including market dynamics, trends, and key players

- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative business strategies to drive revenue growth and market share

- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and risk management

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools
