Manager - Business Development - Real Estate (8-10 yrs)
JD for the role of Business Development Manager-Bangalore & Chennai
Role & Responsibilities
- Main area of focus shall be business growth, development, branding
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; by getting inquiries / BOQ's worth 50 Cr+ in every quarter; Coordinating business generation activities, Building) business relationships with potential clients.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients, expand the company's database of prospects.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
- Attend seminars, events etc. to make the company's presence felt and help in branding & networking
- Reach out to at least a set number of new clients / architects / PMC, every week.
- Stay in touch with existing clients & work on strengthening the ties with them. (Client Relationship Management)
- Any/or all meetings, as directed by the Management, to be attended, as and when intimated.
Qualification: Graduate/PG OR Civil Engineer. MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience: 8-10 years in Interior fit out field with good contacts with PMCs, Architects, Clients Institutions.
