Manager- Business Development - Real Estate (7-10 yrs)
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generating leads for new business development
- Develop and maintain tie-ups with industry-specific organizations for building new alliances.
- Identifying right clients across the industry.
- Sending proposals through e-mailers, letters, working on presentations while pitching new client.
- Achieving revenue targets.
- Preparing client contracts

- Your primary goal will always be to- identify potential clients, secure new business, drive sustainable growth, increase revenue, and forge strong relationships- with new clients.
- You- must possess an exceptionally vast network, saturated with industry intel, and understand how to leverage that network and network resources to- achieve company objectives.
Knowledge, skills and attributes:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Goal-oriented and organized team player who is able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Sales/presales experience
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Management / Marketing Graduate
Experience required:
- Individual Contributor : 4 - 5 years in Sales/Pre Sales with minimum 2-3 years' experience with an Architect Firm/ Real estate firm catering to commercial premises
