Business Development exp. in Real Estate sector.
Experience in key Account Management,
JD :
- Responsible for fosterting strong relationship with the Developers in assigned micromarkets.
- Work cross functionally within the Anarock Channel Partner (ACP) vertical to communicate with all stakeholders in project's lifecycle
- Nurture long-term relationship with key stakeholders in Developer house and maintain their contact database
- Ensure smooth onboarding of projects by collecting complete project information as per given template
- Keep updating project information on a weekly basis
- Keep track of all new project launches of the assigned Developers/micromarkets and onboard them on the ACP platform
- Negotiate and extract best brokerage slabs from the assigned Developers/micromarket projects
- Tie-up with Developers for ACP platform
- Liaison for timely brokerage payout from Developers
- Resolve customer lead conflicts with Developers
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual target of number of projects to be onboarded on the ACP technology platform
- Explain ACP tech platform features to the Developer and devise revenue streams other than brokerage
Experience required :
- She/He must have relevant real estate experience of more than 5 years
- Must be a self-starter with prior experience in business development/ key account management
- Must be articulate and well accustomed in a client-facing role
- Strong command over written & spoken English
