Manager - Business Development - Real Estate (5-7 yrs)
Business Development Manager- Bangalore/Chennai
A reputed Real Estate Company from Chennai is looking for a Business Development Manager to be placed in their facilities Management subsidiary at Chennai and Banglore. Candidates from same city or willing to relocate can apply. Candidates willing to join in a month or maximum 45 Day's would be preferable.
- Experienced Operations & Business Development with a history of experience in the commercial real estate industry, preferably in Facility Management.
- Professionally skilled in Research, Customer Relationship, Team Management, Crisis Management and Customer Service.
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
- Identify partnership opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.
- This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.-
- Should have a proven track record of achieving B2B sales targets.
Qualifications
- B2B sales experience. MBA will be an added advantage.
- 5+ years prior industry-related business development & sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
