Manager - Business Development - Real Estate (5-6 yrs)
Business Development Manager
- Identify partnership opportunities (project deals in the Commercial Real Estate Space with end clients, architects and PMC's)
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Work with CRE data to break into large enterprise accounts and ideate solutions, with the intent of mostly Design Builds and RFP's
- Hit sales targets in terms of value of Projects quoted for and value of Projects closed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 - 6 years' prior industry related proven business development experience
- Can be from backgrounds in IT, AV, EPBAX, etc. sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of typical corporate sales process
- Fearless and ambitious in terms of sales
- Thinker and self-starter
- Proven track record in Business Development
- Keen learner in technology applications
- Focused and goal-oriented
