Negotiate Transactions: Lead the negotiation and structuring of financial transactions, aligning them with both project requirements and the company's financial goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance with regulations.

Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the real estate finance sector, providing strategic insights to senior management.

Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue growth, aiming to meet or exceed targets while managing profitability and risk.

Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to boost the company's presence and market reach.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on business development activities, pipeline progress, and market intelligence to senior leadership.

Team Leadership: Mentor and lead your team to achieve divisional targets and ensure overall success.
