Manager - Business Development - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development :
1 Identify and acquire new developable ventures, including society plots for redevelopment and joint ventures with landowners.
2 Aggressively pursue and secure profitable real estate projects to drive company growth.
3 Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, channel partners, and potential clients.
Strategic Planning :
1 Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies and operational processes.
2 Conduct in-depth market research to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
3 Oversee legal due diligence and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership & Management :
1 Lead and manage the business development and strategy teams, including hiring and training new talent.
2 Create and implement effective systems and processes across departments.
3 Develop and manage reporting systems to track project progress and team performance.
Communication & Representation :
1 Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including directors.
2 Deliver high-impact presentations and public speaking engagements to various stakeholders.
3 Foster a positive company culture and represent the firm in industry forums and events.
Qualifications :
1 Proven experience in a senior business development or strategy role within a real estate development firm, focusing on luxury housing.
2 Demonstrated success in land acquisition, project management, and strategic growth.
3 Strong industry knowledge with the ability to build and leverage a robust professional network.
4 Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
5 Superior presentation, public speaking, and communication skills.
6 Ability to create and implement effective systems for reporting and process management.
