Manager - Business Development - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
- Seeking for a Business Development Manager for a Luxury real estate background based in Mumbai
Responsibilities :
Market Strategy : Conduct market research and Develop growth strategies.
Lead Generation : Cultivate relationships with HNW individuals and Pursue new business opportunities.
Partnerships : Establish and maintain key industry partnerships.
Client Relations : Build and maintain client relationships and Act as a trusted advisor.
Proposal and Negotiation : Develop compelling proposals and Lead negotiations for favorable deals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus).
- Proven luxury real estate business development experience.
- Strong market understanding.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
