Manager - Business Development - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
- We are seeking for Business Development- Manager for Mumbai location.
Job Description :
1.) Functional Capability :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, with a focus on increasing revenue through new customer acquisition
- Gather Information And Analyze To Develop AThorough Understanding Of Micro-markets/ Catchments Via the following: Demographics, Population, Density, Households, Purchasing Power etc .
- Identify multiple option of properties as per as infrastructure requirements
- Coordinate with legal and project team for feasibility and due diligence requirement
- Coordinate with legal team and landlord for property signing and registration
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures,
2.) Location : Mumbai
3.) Experience : Minimum 5 yrs
4.) CTC : 8- 12 LPA
5.) Qualification : BBA /MBA
