Manager - Business Development - Real Estate (4-7 yrs)
Job description
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, developing client relationships, and closing property deals.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Develop relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors to understand their needs.
- Provide expert guidance on market trends, property prices, and legal aspects.
- Assist clients from property selection to transaction closure.
Lead Generation & Sales Execution:
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, digital marketing, and networking.
- Research and list available properties for potential buyers and tenants.
- Promote properties through online listings, marketing campaigns, and client meetings.
- Negotiate deals and manage documentation for property transactions.
Market Analysis & Business Growth:
- Monitor real estate trends, pricing, and competitive landscape in Noida and NCR.
- Work with building owners and landlords to optimize occupancy rates in commercial properties.
- Utilize digital platforms and CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 35,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month
