Manager - Business Development - Real Estate (4-6 yrs)
- The company is one of the most prestigious groups developing holiday homes across Goa and expanding to other territories.
- The candidate will lead initiatives to generate sales and marketing for the project and identify various lead generating options to sell these ultra luxury residences.
- This profile would entail representing the company at various forums and engaging with HNIs and Ultra HNIs who will be the prospective clients for these properties.
- Coordinating and following up with consultants, IPCs for lead conversions generated through them.
- It would also entail traveling occasionally to Goa (all expenses paid) to facilitate client visits to site.
- Market mapping and analysis to discover new strategic partnerships
- Another integral part of the job shall be to drive engagement on the social media platforms as a part of building the online footprint for the company.
Candidate Profile :
- We require a dynamic and passionate individual with a great personality.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to adhere to structure for reporting and tracking progress.
- Motivated and performance oriented. Should be enterprising enough to spot opportunities and should have the ability to lead the sales and marketing initiative
- Should have knowledge of social media tools.
Qualifications :
- Preference for Post Graduation.
- Minimum Bachelors Degree
- 4+ years of industry-related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
