Manager - Business Development - Real Estate (3-12 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Building strong network and connection in the industry through cold calling (data/doubtful) and e-mail campaigning through social network like LinkedIn, face book etc.
- Negotiation and closure of deals, execution of the EOI, LOI, Agreement.
- Business Development and Leads sourcing for commercial real estate brokerage.
- Handling communication and proper follow-ups with perspective business associates.
- Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
- Managing team of corporate leasing - commercial in Hyderabad
- Directing and managing personnel functions including distribution of work assignments, personnel mentoring and disciplinary actions.
- Introducing company's services among decision makers & scheduling meetings with concern clients.
- Effectively handling clients with positive feedback.
