Manager - Business Development - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)
- This is a full-time on-site role in Panaji for a Business Development Manager (B2B). The Business Development Manager (B2B) will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The position requires an individual with a solid understanding of the business landscape and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Qualifications :
- Constant research on the catchment to identify key properties which can be acquired to do business
- Meet property owners
- Build a joint business plan with the property owners in order to have a profitable business association and bring them onboard our platform
- Liaise with key stakeholders from lead generation till property goes live companies platform
- Periodic review of the SLAs signed off with the property owners
- Update key market trends and real estate developments in the designated area
- Resolve issues arising between Property Owners and Operations/Revenue team.
