JOB ROLE

- Highly responsible for Sales of Residential projects of Company

- Taking Client/Channel Partner for Site Visit and introducing about Project, Location and Specification.

- Grow/Convert the leads generated in the center by the Channel Partner networking.

- Achieving Sales target as per designated budgets and ensuring a strong brand presence and increased business through constant relationship with channel partners.

- Managing team of min 5 sales members and taking initiatives in all team works.

- Networking and building relationships with business partners to build and expand client relationships.

- Responding to Client criticism and comments in a positive approach & assisting team in tasks such as recruiting, training, developing business plan and so on.

- Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business and stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.

- Appointment of Channel Partners and initiating their terms & conditions of relationship.

- Working on the advertisements for Channel as well as direct mode.

- Representing Elite Group in various National Property Exhibitions across country.

- Identifying and monitoring competitors and research on market conditions and changes in the industry that may affect sales.

- Maintaining Client and Channel Partners database for better relationship.

- Involved in Organizing and executing Product training & Site visit for the Channel Partners.

- Initiating and implementing Rewards and Recognition Programs for the Channel Partners.

- Building relationship with NRI & HNI existing / prospective clients, creating investor base and ensuring regular business.

- Generating/Maintaining various reports i.e. Inventory Report, Sales Report and Daily Sales Report.
