Manager - Business Development - Real Estate (2-3 yrs)
- We are looking to employ a driven and experienced B2B Business Development Manager to increase sales within an assigned geographical area.
- The area sales manager's responsibilities include delivering presentations to potential and existing associates, evaluating the performance of the marketing campaigns, and preparing month-end marketing reports for associates.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- The role will be responsible for creating and delivering business development pitches to the clients.
- Key responsibility will be to develop sales strategy for ensuring maximum target achievement and higher revenue for company .
Qualifications : MBA/MMS Marketing
Years of experience : 2-3 Years
Requirement :
1) At least 2-3 years of experience in the real estate industry
2) Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry and the operations knowledge of Marketing/Advertising agencies
3) Basic understanding of the internet, social media and digital advertising
4) Data-driven thought process and ability to analyse numbers and make reports
5) Ability to develop a structured approach towards ambiguous problems
6) Good at using Microsoft Tools- PowerPoint, MS Excel, etc.
